We're searching for an experienced engineering technician to join our winning team. In this role, you'll provide creative solutions for hard-down equipment events, drive sustaining improvement actions related to equipment induced excursions, and meet equipment performance metrics.
Other responsibilities include:
o Manage aspects of equipment maintenance process controls to provide improvements in equipment uptime, cycle time, cost, process stability, process yield, and parametric yield.
o Spend a significant amount of time each day in a clean room environment working with some hazardous chemicals, toxic gases, mechanical hazards, and high voltage.
Preferred Skills:
Previous wafer fabrication experience is preferred, along with the ability to provide equipment and process engineering support for Epi operations, specifically with respect to AMAT 78xx barrel reactors, 5200 Epi Centura Platforms, and ASM single wafer epi tools.
This technician must be able to provide electromechanicalchemical troubleshooting, repair, preventative maintenance, and equipment modification. A strong understanding and working knowledge of the following is also needed: electronics, high voltage, mechanical operations, and vacuum/pneumatics systems.
Experience using TrackWORKS, ProcessWORKS, TIMS, SAP, SMS, SPC, and Excel are a plus. The person in this position must be able to define, initiate, manage, and execute on projects to improve metrics. The ability to work in a cross-functional team environment, prioritize tasks, and plan for maintenance is essential.

Minimum requirements:
- Associate's Degree in an Electronics related field or Equivalent Electronics Military Training
- Successful completion of the Basic technician and GenTech/TKDP
- 2 years job related experience
