In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Perform preventative maintenance, equipment troubleshooting and repairs, equipment modifications, and lot dispositions on the Implant equipment
- Contribute to continuous improvements by providing creative solutions to complex problems.
Improve system performance to achieve process requirements and eliminate repetitive downs.
- Provide EE\PE engineering support for SFAB Ion Implant equipment.
Requirements include providing actions to generate yield improvements, cost reductions, improved equipment availability and run engineering tests. Provide equipment support and training to manufacturing. Individuals should have a strong understanding of the following: electronics, high voltage, mechanical operations, and vacuum / pneumatics systems. Previous wafer fabrication experience preferred. Varian, and Axcelis ion implanter experience preferred. Axcelis GSD, Varian E500 experience a plus. TrackWORKS, ProcessWORKS, SAP, SMS, SPC, Excel.
Excellent troubleshooting skills are required. This technician must be able to quickly and efficiently address multiple equipment issues. Equipment availability, cycle-time, process and probe yield, cost, 5S improvements.
We're searching for a person who can work effectively in a teaming environment. This technician must be willing to learn and work across modules as required and be willing to communicate thoroughly and openly.
Minimum requirements:
- Associate's Degree in an Electronics related field or Equivalent Electronics Military Training
- Successful completion of the Basic technician and GenTech/TKDP
- 2 years job related experience
This job involves shift work and requires working in a wafer fab environment.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
